Archiving Policy

The Bulletin of Mathematical and Computational Sciences (BMCS) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of published scholarly content. The journal implements digital archiving mechanisms to ensure that published articles remain permanently available to the academic community.

Digital Preservation

BMCS supports long-term digital preservation through recognized archiving and preservation systems. The journal may participate in archiving initiatives such as:

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
  • LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
  • CLOCKSS digital preservation system
  • Institutional repository backups

These archiving systems ensure that the journal content remains permanently accessible even in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.

Repository Policy

Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal academic webpages. Deposited versions should clearly cite the published article and include a link to the journal website.

Permanent Accessibility

BMCS aims to maintain permanent access to published articles by implementing reliable archival and backup systems. This policy ensures the long-term preservation of scholarly records published in the journal.
